  • Movie & Games Nights

    MovementLab Movie & Games Nights transform our studio into a cozy haven for enchanting evening of fun-filled games, friendship, food and cinematic experiences that spark joy and imagination, foster creativity and friendship, and create community and connections.

    MovementLab Movie & Games Nights are themed nights that feature special performances, fun and interactive non-video games, and carefully curated kid-friendly films. CML Movie & Games Night includes food and beverages for dinner, popcorn for snacks, and treats for dessert; and staffed by professional nannies to help facilitate safe fun.

  • Mommy & Me Gymnastics

    Join our Mommy & Me Gymnastics class designed for little ones and their mothers. This fun and engaging class provides a perfect opportunity for mothers and their children to bond while introducing basic gymnastics skills. Our experienced instructor, Isabel Albua, guides you and your child through a variety of activities, including soft play obstacle courses and balance exercises. These classes focus on developing motor skills, coordination, and social interaction in a safe and supportive environment

    Take 10am class (1-2years old)

    Take 11am class (2-3.5 years old)

    Classes Start Saturday, June 1st. $30 per class

  • KidsClub

    Kids Club is an Indoor Playground concept with activities on mats, gymnastics pads, and tumbletraks, foam blocks and tunnels, toys, games, art, puzzles story-time and more. Not a drop-off must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Gymnastics

    MovementLab Gymnastics is a youth development gymnastics program that focuses on developing basic gymnastics skills in a fun and engaging way; we believe gymnastics helps build foundations that empower their future pursuits.

    MovementLab Gymnastics prioritizes fun, engagement, and skill development. Our approach teaches children basic gymnastics skills and essential qualities like following directions, body awareness, and social interaction.

  • Youth Plyometric-Agility-Conditioning (P.A.C.)

    CML Youth P.A.C. (Plyometric-Agility-Conditioning) classes are led by Scott Hall, a professional trainer and coach, and open to young athletes (ages 10-16) that seek to improve physical condition and mental acuity. Members of CML Youth P.A.C. will boost speed, agility, power, and overall conditioning, develop essential skills like hand-eye coordination, strength, balance, and quickness; and acquire knowledge of proper methods and training techniques for independent practice and maintaining progress.
